Dr Charles took 40 days to respond to my initial Better Business Bureau Complaint and refused to give a final response to the many allegations made regarding over billing and bait and switch tactics used ... due to the lack of responsiveness to the better business bureau complaint it is highly likely the dentist practice bbb rating will be adversely impacted requiring a formal complaint to the state regulatory agency with oversight for dental offices.
