I was seeing Dr. Allen Clark in Jupiter. I have Morton's Neuroma. He was "going" to do surgery on my foot on a Wednesday (I am a teacher so we scheduled it for Spring Break time). I called on Monday to get the time, etc. His office told me that he moved up north. He moved!!! He never called or sent a note, nothing! That is SO unprofessional! I am very upset with this man! So now I had to find a new doctor (thankfully I did) and my surgery is rescheduled. What doctor does that? His license should be taken away! Disgusting! The woman in his office named Janice was wonderful and just as shocked! She literally just found out as well.
