Dr. Sawyer revised 2 root canals in molars that another Endo had done and were causing pain again after only 2 years. I was dreading the procedure. The original work had been quite painful. I shouldn't have worried. Dr. Sawyer was gentle and thorough. He made sure I was in no pain. Recovery was much easier and faster, too. I like that he has a specialized CT scanner that allows him to see exactly what is needed. The cost of the scan and procedure can be expensive but is well worth the much better experience and outcome. Using a less skilled Endo can result in needing a second root canal in the same tooth later, anyway.Dr. Sawyer is calm, friendly, and has an excellent bedside manor. He explains things well and puts you at ease. I didn't believe root canals could be painless, but he proved they absolutely can be..
