I made an appointment for a full body skin exam. When Dr. Berlingeri-Ramos finally came into the exam room she stated the nurse or medical assistant had informed of a spot i was concerned about, she said she could either cut it out or give me a shot. Asked which one i preferred, those are completely different approaches so i told whatever she thought was the best one. She did the shot and left. The nurse stayed behind to explain to me why the doctor chose that option, what the medicine was, etc. I was waiting for the full body exam and it never happened. Do not recommend her at all, not good bedside manner either. The person checking me in told me i would pay my copay and 20% coinsurance, at check out i was told differently and the check out clerks were talking about how the check in clerks are always entering the wrong information. When i inquired about the full body exam that never happened i was told the office administrator would contact me and that has not happened yet.
