The office was clean and efficiently run. That’s all the good I have to say about my experience. Dr Dufreny tells me to get an mri of my abdomen. I look at the script and it’s illegible to me, but ohh well, he wouldn’t be the only doctor with bad handwriting. When I arrive at the imaging center I’m told that the script is for an emergency room visit. I called the doctor to have the matter resolved, but the secretary tells me that there’s nothing that can be done since he already left the office. I could either pay whatever insane fees the hospital wants to bill or I could go back tomorrow. Instead I changed my primary care provider. How a doctor serving the poor Little Haiti community can provide care without any concern of what his clients will have to pay is beyond me. Stay away from this doctor, your life and well being depend on it.
