I'm deeply disappointed with Dr. Siu and would like to express my dissatisfaction with Dr. Alvin Siu during recent hospitalization at Hoag Hospital.Dr. Alvin Siu demonstrated a lack of professionalism behavior during recent hospitalization at Hoag Hospital. He was rude, disrespectful, and a lack of consideration for the condition of the patient, which was recently diagnosed with Cancer less than a month ago. His rude, disrespectful, demanding demeanor and inappropriate comments created an unnecessarily negative experience during the stay as an inpatient. It was a total nightmare. I believe that Dr. Siu's behavior warrants reporting to the appropriate medical board.When I inquired about the reason for discharge from the hospital, Dr. Siu stated that he was compelled to do so by the case manager using the exact words 'I'm being forced by the case manager' When contacting the insurance company, I was informed that this decision was not medically justified. I requested a second opinion
