Dr Kaplan seems like a fine doc and had good clinical input. Her office staff at AOC Physicians take so long to respond to requests that getting care from her is too difficult. Three day turn around time on call backs or more, lacking clinical notes in the portal. I would suggest going elsewhere if time is a consideration to your care.
