Patient Reviews
Mar 26, 2024
After months of waiting (and one reschedule already), was called and requested to reschedule 6 months later. The scheduler seemingly had no empathy and was unprofessional in their remarks, then just hung up the phone. Unacceptable behavior in healthcare.
