I visited Dr. Cimino for symptoms including sore throat, fatigue, and chills. She told me there was no need to come into the office and that she would call in a prescription if I got worse. However, when my symptoms worsened, I called and left multiple messages with no response.To make matters worse, when I followed up, I was told she would not prescribe antibiotics until day 10…even though I was clearly very sick. I was then advised to go to urgent care instead.What was most upsetting is that she told me one thing during our conversation, but documented something completely different. This created confusion and delayed proper treatment. I felt dismissed, unheard, and left to manage a worsening illness on my own.This experience was deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
