I had an appt with Dr. Lynn in January 2024. An IUD was supposed to be ordered for me (I was told I would receive a call in two weeks to approve the order). That call never happened. I ended up not following up because I wasn't sure I wanted it anyway. A year later, in January of 2025 I returned to Dr. Lynn and she assured me it was the right choice for me, so we started the process over again. In February, I had not heard from the office, so I contacted them and they asked if I had filled out the proper paperwork to order the IUD. I said that I hadn't been asked to fill out any paperwork - and that Dr. Lynn said they would call me to approve it. They apologized and said I was required to fill out paperwork, so I did. It is now May of 2025 and I STILL haven't received any follow up from the office or Dr. Lynn. I am surprised that the office has dropped the ball again and I have made an appointment with a new Dr. because I no longer trust this one with my care.
