I did not have a positive experience during my visit. The provider did not ask about my medical history or follow up on the concerns I raised, which made me feel unheard. She also did not appear to reference my chart or log into the system during our conversation, so I'm not confident my history was considered. Her tone came across as dismissive rather than attentive, which left me feeling talked down to rather than cared for. I'd appreciate more active listening and engagement with patient history in future visits.

This clinic is very much focused on money and the bottom line - not patient care. They billed me for an unnecessary procedure. The physician had horrible bedside manner, and did not seem to care at all about the pain and bleeding she caused me. Nursing staff is condescending. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for an ob/gyn.
