I have been a patient in the middlesex health system for over 20 years. My PCP sent me to the ER for further work up for being severely anemic, chest pain and shortness of breath. AMANDA ZUCKER, DO was the provider I seen. If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I have never had such a BAD experience at ANY medical facility. Nurses and triage were exceptionally wonderful as always. But I am warning you about AMANDA ZUCKER, DO. She has poor communication, very rushed and uninterested in making her patients well, huge lack of empathy, very cold and dismissive, disrespectful of all of my concers as well as the physician who sent me there! Her behavior on the floor was unprofessional. Very rude, disrespectful and had food falling from her mouth as she came in to tell me I was fine and it was time to leave.A good doctor demonstrates knowledge and expertise, communicates effectively, shows empathy, and prioritizes patient well-being. AMANDA SHOWED NONE OF THESE THINGS!
