I took my three month old baby here for shots and was absolutely horrified by my experience here! Not only was the waiting time ridiculous but the staff did not follow any basic sanitary protocols like glove changing and washing hands. There were not boxes of gloves in the rooms or hall way and doctors and all other staff walked in and out with the same gloves without changing them or even washing hands. I can assume they aren’t changing them patient to patient. I even saw one woman wiping her gloves off with alcohol wipes. There also wasn’t even any sharp containers in sight it’s a Mystery where they are putting the dirty needles. They also just handed me one of the oral vaccinations for my baby and walked out expecting me to administer unsupervised. It is insane this place is even still running. It should be shut down!
