I've been with Dr. Young since 2020 and I am so grateful to have found a rheumatologist who truly cares about her patients. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and ensures open communication with my other specialists to keep everyone on the same page. I appreciate that she involves me in the decision-making process, creating a treatment plan that I feel comfortable with. She meticulously monitors my medications and lab results, proactively addressing any potential issues that could affect me negatively. Her genuine concern for my well-being and her patient-first approach make her an exceptional doctor. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

As the second appointment of the day I find it unacceptable to be an hour and 45 minutes late. When I said I was leaving in 2 minutes if she didn't come in her response was yes, I'm behind today. I find this highly disrespectful. I filled out all of the questionnaires ahead of time yet she verbally re asked every question. My annoyance with how late she was probably had a negative impact on our meeting. I had to wait months to get in to see her and had a 45 minute drive, the least she could have done was be relatively on time. I will be seeking another physician.
