Dr. Mohindra and his staff were amazing! From the front desk to the head nurse, five stars! We were very uneasy walking in, do to a small fender bender on our way there. We were already nervous having to see a specialist for our special needs daughter as it was. The entire staff was warm and understanding. The receptionist gave me a tissue and a hug because I was crying, worried about missing our appointment on top of being shook up from our accident. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and eased our worries! Mary the doctors head nurse was so sweet and kind! She even bought my daughter a cake pop from Starbucks in the hospital. She stayed with us until we got in to the lab for some blood work which was closing within seconds. I have to mention Kristy in the adjoining lab at HF Wyandotte, she was patient and definitely knew what she was doing! She was able to get my daughters blood drawn easily which is a first in 19 years of getting blood drawn!!
