We arrived at our appointment at 11 and were made to wait an hour and a half. I was really excited to meet Dr Weber as he came highly recommended. He also preformed the circumcision on my son so I really wanted him to see the same Dr. When I asked if we needed to reschedule I was told it'd be another 5 minutes, (I was told this twice 20 min apart) finally they said they'd get us in the room but there are still3 people ahead of us. I asked to reschedule and was told we can seek out a different dr with less patient volume and was told to go to the clinic by the high school. So we are now headed home without our son being seen and I am so disappointed in how we were treated and talked too. If I could leave zero stars I would strictly based on how we were treated by the front staff. If they knew they were running hours behind they should have told us and offered to reschedule or at least let us go home and call when we'd actually get in and we would have headed back to get our son seen.
