I chose to visit Dr Mandava because I ran out of options for getting partial and full dentures due to my prostate cancer treatment (by deprivation of testosterone) which does not allow extractions for fear of necrosis, badly worn out condition of my teeth and many missing teeth. He had earlier rescued me by suggesting periodontal treatment to manage a half broken tooth. Dr Mandava was extremely patient with my unique treatment and came up with a metal and plastic partials to help me chew solid food and open up my bite a bit to reduce strain on my jaw muscles. Until I got these unique partials I had to blend all my foods in a food processor and used a night guard to protect my badly damaged few front teeth. My speech has improved significantly with the new partials. I am grateful to Dr Mandava for venturing to work on my unique situation and coming up with a workable solution. My life has changed due to his patient and expert help.
