No wonder she has a low rating! Dr. Gaultney left me and my child hanging during our appointment time to do god knows what. We waited over an hour to see if we could get another slot, but she didn’t come back — and was late for her next appointment that came in. The women at the front desk were mocking and laughing at us a for waiting, making my child very uncomfortable. The front tried to even cover for the doctors missing whereabouts at some point when her next appointment y rolled in (late) but I knew she wasn’t there for over an hour because she bailed on us too. I recorded the whole incident and her front desk saying she wasn’t even there for her next appointment at 2 pm. How irresponsible to leave early and come back late. CHOC has been a disappointment from making the appointment to the doctors themselves— who clearly don’t care. All our concerns have gone unanswered by every staff member I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
