She was friendly until we politely asked for a clinical rationale for the medical decisions she was making for our child. We were immediately met with aggression and told that we could transfer hospitals if we didn’t like how she did things. We should have transferred to prevent our child from getting the inadequate care rendered by Lembeck. She provided inaccurate and ill informed information about our child’s medical condition and was patronizing and demeaning to us as parents. It was a testament to her complete disregard for providing quality care that we had to listen to her gossiping with nurses and narrating her online shopping while she was on the unit.
