Patient Reviews
Mar 02, 2024
We met Dr. Lai when she did my child’s procedure for ear tubes. She was brief, unwelcoming and cold. She may have several surgeries in a given day, but for a parent, their child’s surgery is the only one. It can be a nerve wracking experience for parents and the child. A few minutes of human kindness would greatly improve her current lack of compassion when giving medical care. Ironically, the staff seemed to think she was great and we would like her. I’m not sure why I received this at least three times by staff, but the reality is as far different than the staff perception. I would go with a different doctor next time.
