Phone and Office staff is personable. Friendly. Professional. Nurse, Dulce, a real jewel, is efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful in the office and in correspondence on My Chart and returns messages and phone calls promptly. Dr Blackmon is EXCELLENT, forward thinking/acting/always on leading edge of medicine. She takes the needed time with each patient, making sure she doesn’t miss anything in assessing patients. She has a lab in office and doesn’t hesitate to order other tests which can be done in the hospital/medical building where she has her office. Her referrals to other speciality doctors always satisfy us. I highly recommend her! I am a hard critic of those who care for me and my family. I can honestly sayDr Ana L Blackmon is far above any constructive criticism I could offer or any suggestion I could make to improve her care or her staff. I hit gold when I found her to care for my family! I thank God for His gift of Dr Blackmon as our doctor for the past many years.
