I was left behind… was to be scheduled for my last infusion last November and nothing. She left practice and I have not gotten any way to follow up or how to get ahold of this physician and now my meds are not being refilled? I have never been put in this position ever! Very unprofessional and causing a lack of continuity of care on her part.
