I’ve seen Dr. Mattai’s true colors come to light, and he really does not have the patient’s best interest at heart. I honestly believe thay he only cares for his practice and the advancement of it (aka making money). As a new patient, I saw one of his nurse practitioners, Kimberly Lim, who is TERRIBLE! She never asked about my day, my week, or well-being. The first thing she said at my appt was, ‘alright let’s get to the meds.’ I told her I was feeling awful and wanted to tell her what was going on, but she snapped that she didn’t have time and had another patient. (My appt was for 20 min yet she only spent 15 min with me). Anyways, I spoke with Dr. Mattai about everything and his simple response was, ‘you can go to another place if you dont like us.’ No apologies, efforts to understand, NOTHING. This place may have high reviews but they are being dishonest about their mission and aren’t deeply caring people. Don’t go here. Go find providers who hear you, get it and go the extra mile.
