The office staff was polite and professional. My scheduled appointment was started in a timely manner. Dr. Villamana listened attentively, asked good questions, addressed my concerns, gave me options for treatment including risk factors and benefits. My anxiety melted as we progressed through the appointment. I was both seen and heard, and have the highest level of confidence in his knowledge and future care of my condition.
