Dr. Andrea Abousamra, DO, was incredibly disrespectful during my appointment. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy made me feel invalidated and unheard. I've chosen to keep my information confidential out of fear of potential retaliation. It's disheartening that I can't trust my healthcare provider to treat me with the respect and dignity I deserve. I shouldn't have to endure such behavior when seeking medical assistance. It's crucial for healthcare providers to prioritize professionalism and empathy in their interactions with patients.
