Dr Ferenczi listens, answered my questions and explained things well. She didnt assume and ordered the appropriae testing to obtain answers about my thyroid. She was careful when she did biobsies of nodules and thourough, again explained things well during the procedure. I felt comfortable with her knowledge & expertise.
