I never write reviews, but today is necessary to share my experience with Dr. Nisimblat and his staff. I was referred by a friend of his family. As a new patient, I called a couple of weeks ago to confirm, giving my full name for Medicare. When I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment was canceled. I learned it was due to a complaint by a staff member I never met. The staff member didn’t like my tone of voice on the phone. What? If she had asked, I have had a problem hearing. I asked to speak with Dr. Nisimblat, but I was told he canceled my appointment and my status as a new patient. I wrote Dr. Nisimblat, a letter explaining the situation, with no response. How can anyone trust a doctor who dismisses a new patient based on comments from his office staff? In all my years 78, I have never been treated in such manner by a doctor. No respect. As a senior, I find this treatment unprofessional and discriminatory from Dr. Nisimblat and his staff. How can one trust a doctor who discriminated against you before he met you? I believe there is something wrong with his staff that would concern me
