Dr Kim has been my pan Dr over 15 years and I couldn't be happier. He cares and listens to me. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Kim seems to be a fine doctor. Unfortunately, his staff is incompetent and does not care about patients, which makes me wonder about him. Twice they screwed up prescriptions that caused unnecessary pain and suffering. Neither time did they apologize. Once, they lied about what they had done. Once, the person switchboard claimed they were all "in clinic," and it just happened to be Friday at 4 p.m. before a holiday weekend; why am I suspicious about that claim? It's a shame. It used to be a well-run practice. Dr. Kim may be great. But the risk to your well-being from the staff is too great.
