Positive, professional demeanor. Encouraging and humorous, he explained the healing process well and the importance of icing my knee and moving the joint correctly in order for minimal swelling and pain. The incision is very small and smooth, the scar will be tiny and he encouraged massage to the area for optimal healing and minimal discomfort and heating of my knee. He was very informative and pleasant and I recommend him highly for joint replacement and recovery.
