He was good at the beginning. We thought it was going to be a good experience and we shared a lot of the same beliefs. He was great but then we had a horrible experience with him. He went from being very calm and caring explaining everything to our baby and being gentle to manhandling him as he was training a new doctor. Our baby cried the whole time he was examining him and he could care less. It all happened so fast. Our regret was not confronting him and walking out right there. We were in total shock. Never came back to him. It was a shame because the staff is very friendly and very little to no wait time when you show up to visits.
