Dr. Katerakis and staff are very friendly. I was shown that I had two teeth cracked on an X-ray and needed crowns. It was a God send that my insurance stopped covering Dr Katerakis and I went back to my previous dentist to the town I used to live in. This was before crown placement. I have now gone to this previous dentist for four years and no crowns needed- their X-rays showed no cracks. I called the office of Katerakis 2-3 times as they never sent my X-rays. I was curious if they ever did send them, no. Also no notes saying I had cracked teeth. I would definitely get a second opinion even if you have been shown “proof.” This is a great warning which would lead me to a one star but office is clean and staff are nice; however I will never recommend anyone I know to go there.
