Patient Reviews

My first appointment was quick, organized and informative. I was pleasantly surprised! Very little wait time. They work like a well oiled machine which isn’t often the case in a busy Miami practice. The staff is so nice, polite, efficient. Dr. Rivera is a great communicator. He did a short endoscopic procedure then explained his findings and plan of care. Answered all my questions. My second visit to review my CT scan was equally efficient. He sat down with me at a computer and explained the findings using a normal scan from an unknown person vs a severe case of another unknown person. He then compared and contrasted my CT vs those. Very educational and reassuring. I feel totally comfortable with him performing my upcoming in-office procedure. His Office Manager is equally as efficient and a great communicator. This whole office could teach other Miami offices how to talk to and treat their patients. Being a RN of 24 years, and a patient, I can honestly say this office is a rarity!
