I am extremely disappointed on behalf of my husbands care with Tak. My husband has been struggling with some very obvious depression and decline in mental health. He made an appointment with Taks office as he is a current patient. He recently was prescribed a C-PAP for fairly severe sleep apnea. Obvioulsy lack of sleep can cause cognitive impairment as well as negative mental health. My husband started with Tak to share his feelings of depression in order to get some direction. Tak ridiculed him for 'self diagnosing.' My husband was condescended to during this interaction. Depression is a very difficult thing to share in the first place. It is also very clear that Tak didn't even open my husbands chart to discuss perhaps if he was sleeping better or to evaluate any of his previous visits or interactions. I am in the medical field and I KNOW what patient care should look like. Tak, if you don't want to help patients, you should retire! We will be getting my husbands records!
