Dr. Tinsley is the rudest, most apathetic and condescending doctor I have ever seen. Before even introducing himself, His 1st words to me were 'I don't want you to get your hopes up'. His second statement was 'let's get one thing straight, I wasn't even supposed to see you. I have too many patients as it is, but somehow you slipped through the cracks'. REALLY? He has a horrible bedside manner so be prepared.
