I booked a 2am telehealth appointment with him after scalding myself with boiling water late at night. I had to wait more than an hour for the appointment to start, and then he never showed up. Every urgent care was closed, and I really needed medical advice to determine if I should go broke at the ER and he didn’t bother to show up. 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to begin I called the company. He sent them some message about running late and then stopped replying. He needs to realize that he can’t blow off telehealth patients like this.
