I cannot understand why anyone would rely on a company that cannot seem to keep straight who you are and who you are seeing. It is clear it is nothing but a numbers game with no support and inadequately trained support staff. There is no continuity and no follow up by the physician. There is bait and switch to a different physician and then staff that calls and cancels appointments because the 'wrong provider was scheduled.' Incompetent at best.
