Dr Nieves and her staff were professional and compassionate. The doctor took a lot of time to ask questions, do a physical exam of symptoms, review all current medications. She was so kind and very smart. She is the first doctor my husband has seen in 2 years who cared enough to take the time to put all the pieces of the puzzle together to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. We felt so comfortable and cared for, which has been rare in our 2 year quest for answers. She restored our hope.
