Unfortunately, someone has to bring LIGHT to a DARK and very hideous medical practice. Dr Angel Pagan practices this month in his office emulate a pattern of distrust, dishonesty , ethical structure and mischievous practice of the care an nature of patients. Our legal review emphasizes that Dr. Angel Pagan and his staff has provided questionable services that deem state and MEDICAL REVIEW. My family and team has decide that this DOCTOR's office should be shut down!
