Did not listen to my concerns and was very un-informed on how often I needed to see a doctor to get my medication refilled. She said, to my face, it was every month since I didn't have a general practitioner. Since no one sees a general practitioner every month to get a refill, that is ridiculous. Luckily the service I found her through was much more helpful in telling me the truth. She was in general not good at listening or caring about my issues.
