Dr Kelley and her team are super empathetic and very communicative. Even they she is clearly very busy, and they are a busy clinic, I felt like my questions were always answered in a reasonable time frame. I didn't get to see Dr Kelley at every visit but we trusted the whole team in taking care of us during this very emotional journey and are so happy with our outcome!
