Patient Reviews
Sep 21, 2024
Our experience was in TRAUMA Step down ICA at Delray Medical. If there were zero stars I would have given that. My husband was a patient being treated for blood bleeding surrounding his brain from a fall and was in excruciating pain. After a couple of days in TRAUMA ICU he was transferred to ICU step down. He was very weak, his blood count was extremely low and he needed a blood transfusion from his head injury Dr. Angela Jones and team were called into his room at ICU TRAUMA step down at Delray Medical for a consultation. Dr. Angela Jones was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and NASTY! She insisted he was feeling better and stormed out of his room in raging anger, abrasive and was adamant that he did NOT need a blood transfusion. The patient in the other bed (who was also in TRAUMA) was horrified and scared. My husband is a physician himself in private practice for 46 years and has never ever experienced crude, obnoxious, abrasive, arrogant and negligent behavior as Dr. Angela Jones displayed. He eventually did receive the blood transfusion and hopefully will soon be on the road to recovery. I hope no one will ever have to experience this.
