When I arrived, I was totally ignored by the office staff. When the next person came up , they jumped to talk to them. Next The person who did intake on me called me honey, sweety, etc. I have been in health care and I understand that to be inappropriate. Next The doctor only wanted to talk about my weight and sleep apnea. He repeated himself over and over about it. Not encouraging, but just negative. He then started in on his idea that I had sleep apnea even though I told him I did not have the symptoms and I had come in for an entirely different problem. I was having shortness of breath on exertion. When I ask about that,he went back to my weight. He next came in with a 2 week sample of Trilogy,but did not explain what it was far or how it could help. He then told me to schedule a telemedicine appointment,but was given 3 weeks out when supply ended. Next He wanted me to sleep with an oxameter. I tried it,but could not sleep. Explained to staff,but had call to come and repeat.
