As a healthcare professional, bedside manner and the patients voice (or in the case of children, a parents voice) can go a long way in helping treat them . Dr. Reynolds lacks in professionalism and the ability to actively listen. She was rushing my family during my sons visit and cut me off multiple times. I eventually walked out and allowed my husband to finish the visit. He let her know our frustration in her inability or blatant desire not to listen. We hope in the future she can do better, if not, maybe medicine is not where she belongs.
