I see Dr. Luong, he did not send out prescriptions until I called five days later. It’s been months of me trying to get a prior authorization. And months for him to send a referral that I had to call and ask where it was. Mind you both of these issues are still not resolved. DPMG is the most dysfunctional Medical Group I have ever been to.
