He has cancelled or rescheduled more of my appointments than he has kept. Each time I’ve needed to make an appointment no one answered phones or returned voicemails or messages I sent over the patient portal. It took me months to get my most recent appointment and I only got it after I called another Alabama Psychiatric location and explained the situation and their receptionist was able to access his calendar and make me an appointment herself. When I did have my appointment I started off by explaining how stressful it was just to get an appointment which was not exactly helpful to my overall mental health and then he spent the rest of my session explaining all the practices plans to improve which were all the same things he said would be improving 6 months ago. He spent more time talking about the new office manager than anything about me.
