I have been bringing my mother to Dr Allie for the past 10 years. Dr Allie is always observant and speaks directly to my mother as if I were not there, knowing I will get all the information through her interactions with my mother. This level of respect for a failing brain due to dementia from a stroke is really a gift. My mother always understands when a shop keeper or office worker speaks directly to me without talking to her and it angers her that they treat her as a non-entity. Dr Allie really has the proper direct approach, and a sense of humor as well, making it a delight for my mother to interact with her.
