I was in the emergency at St. Joe's Ann Arbor this morning and was lucky to have Dr. Hess as my physician. I have worked in health care for 30 years and have had interaction with both excellent and not so excellent physicians. Dr. Hess was definitely in the excellent category. She was first and foremost knowledgable and professional. She initially took a conservative approach which I liked, then she "upt" my care based on my symptoms and initial relief. She was very approachable, caring, concerned and sympathetic (as was all the staff). She checked in with me several times while I was there and was very receptive to questions and generous with her time. Thank you Dr. Ann for your awesome care. Highly recommend!
