Months ago, I went to her for my yearly visit after my complete thyroidectomy.She neglected to order any bloodwork or testing previous to the visit so we had a nice long chat about current events and she sent me to the lab.Office visit $90, lab and ultrasound $510 after insurance. Not her fault, just the way it is but…SHE REFUSED TO READ MY TEST RESULTS.The test results appeared to me as possibly abnormal so I had questions.I tried to contact her office through My Chart. Poor person responding said she’s told the Dr numerous times but she won’t respond.Finally after threatening billing to not pay for the unread tests, the office reached out with “if you want to talk to the dr about the results you’ll need to make yet another $90 appointment.” Waste of money and time and hopefully I don’t have cancer again or thyroid issues that are causing long term effects on my health
