This is the worst place to go, the receptionist at the Largo office is the rudest person I’ve ever come into contact with. I called the office last Wednesday to get a prior authorization for my diabetes medication. I’ve called everyday, messages everyday and spoke to the receptionist everyday. It’s now Wednesday again. Still nothing. I haven’t had my medication for a week, they don’t seem to care one way or the other.
