Dr Macasa seems knowledgeable but her bedside manner comes across as abrupt and aggressive. She doesn’t seem to be willing to explore your symptoms but relies solely on blood work. if you test in the normal range, you are fine and what are you doing there!? She doesn’t seem to have training in Sjogrens Syndrome, where at least 30% of Sjogrens patients are seronegative. I was sad she wouldn’t help me.
